I am very happy to share experience I had with Sure. I tried to conceive from past 1 year without any success. I had gone to many doctors in Bangalore and at my hometown but I couldn’t conceive. I came to know about Sure from CloudNine hospital. I had posted a message for appointment and I immediately got a call from Sure. I was amazed with their immediate response. This experience continued. I got an appointment with Dr. Jyothi Menon and was very much satisfied with her answers during my first visit itself. I got confidence with her words. Based on her advice, we thought of going for a treatment at Sure. Her way of treatment was very good. We had to visit Sure 4-5 times in the first cycle. My first cycle at Sure was successful. I am 3 months pregnant now. I am very thankful to Dr. Jyothi Menon.
Staff at sure are really caring, supportive and are cool in answering all the questions. Especially I need to mention about Swetha at reception. I had very good experience with her every time I go there. Ambience at sure is very good and hygienic. Nursing staff is also very caring.
Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The Hospitality of the sister and all employees in the hospital is very good. Specially Dr.Reeta Biliangady co-operation and suggestions +ve. The way she treats is very excellent. The team is fantastic, very co-operative and knows their jobs. At OT – sister Shyamala was at most courteous, understanding by sharing her love and affection to me.
The admin team is well managed and carry their duties effectively GRE-Geetha and others.
The other nurses Sangeetha, Sherly others whose name I am not able to recollect were very good especially while injections. Overall very impressed with the setup and have started referring people.

Our feedback for services availed at Sure Fertility, J P Nagar, Bangalore. My name is Archana.P and I am Sure Clinic patient. My husband Manohar and I have been visiting Sure clinic over the last eight months. We were referred to the clinic by Mrs Vidya Kumar through a common acquaintance.
Manohar and I have been married for almost 8 years now. I am 32 years and Manohar is 35 years. For the last 4 years we were very seriously planning to have a child and have consulted two popular gynaecologists in this period in Bangalore. The diagnosis was a case of primary infertility owing to poor sperm count/ motility disorders etc. I underwent a laparoscopy and the results were insignificant. After this we were advised to buy time and wait. My anxiety level steadily increased due to the fact that I was not able to conceive and somehow was feeling restless with the consultations.
In May 2010, we visited Sure fertility. Preliminary tests indicated a low AMH and a degenerating follicle in my case. This was never diagnosed previously by any other gynaecologist. We were advised to undergo ICSI at the earliest to avoid loss of time. Other simpler procedures like IUI would not work in our case. Immediately I underwent a hysteroscopy procedure and was diagnosed to be fit to undergo the ICSI procedure.
I started with the treatment immediately thereafter and underwent the ICSI procedure after my very next menstrual cycle. With God’s grace and today’s medical marvel I was able to conceive in the same cycle and am presently in my 24th week of pregnancy.
All along the last 7 months I have been very happy with my doctor and Sure clinic. Infertility specialist has been very assuring and professional from Day 1. She very clearly explained our medical problem and also the reasons for advising us to opt for ICSI as against any other procedures. She has always lent a very patient ear to our doubts and anxious moments during the treatment and during our regular consultation visits. She has been a total moral support too.
The support doctors/staff also have been very co operative. Dr Mamta from radiology was very co operative during all the scan sessions as I was very anxious during all my scans (especially during the transvaginal scans). Sampath from the laboratory also has been very kind and helpful throughout. The front desk staff Geetha, Shwetha, to name a few are very professional in helping to get appointments and general information. The nursing staffs (Sumathi, Sangeetha, and Saritha to name a few) are very kind and have been very comforting all along.
The upkeep in the clinic is good. All toilets, beds etc are very clean & hygienic.
To summarise, my experience at sure clinic has been very positive for me in terms of the outcome of the treatment and also the undergoing of the treatment itself. I have lots of reasons to recommend the clinic to others who are seeking similar medical help. |

Hello Sure Fertility team It gives me great pleasure to write a few lines on my experience with Sure Fertility - for this is not only a place where my husband and I underwent an IVF procedure, but a place with which we have built a relationship for a lifetime.
After 6 years of marriage and many a failed attempt, led us to believe that we definitely needed the help of a specialist.
Initially, we spent two years visiting a supposedly 'renowned' fertility clinic in Bangalore, and as our luck would have it, faced a harrowing experience with rude staff, less attention from doctors and rising bills delving deeper into our pockets, but no results.
It was by sheer providence, that on a visit to CloudNine, we saw a signage on Sure Fertility. My husband instantly made an inquiry on the website and we received a prompt call from the reception desk inviting us over to the facility to have a look for ourselves. We did our homework by going through the informative website, and decided to consult Infertility Specialist at Sure (she was also someone with whom we crossed paths with during first visit to Sure, and just a smile from her gave us the feeling that this is the place where we want to be)
During our initial visits, we were given adequate information on IVF, the process and the commitment which we need to make to the treatment. However, the ingredient which set Sure apart was the positive vibe, encouragement, kindness and hospitality of all the staff and doctors, which set us at ease and disuaded many a fear.
Who says it takes two to make a baby - in our case, it is an entire team of excellent doctors, a team of nurses working relentlessly and all the staff at Sure, who gave us the confidence that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
We are ever thankful to all Doctors, Sister Sangeetha, Sister Shirley, Sister Savitha all the other nurses, the staff at the reception- Swetha, Geetha and the entire NM Medical team asscociated with Sure.
Our baby is due early next year and we wish many couples the very best in their journey - Sure is surely a place where your dreams will become a reality. |
